Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items Include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items purchased with Gift Cards

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a specified time frame.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

If your refund has not been received:

  1. Verify your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items:
Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to: 68A Rue de Grundhof, L-6550 Berdorf, Luxembourg.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your returned item. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Please note that you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
